Zutates:
- 2 Ribeye-Steaks (ca. 350 g pro Steak)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 EL Olivenöl
- Optional: garlic butter or herb butter to serve
Instructions:
- Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to reach room temperature. This helps to cook more evenly.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and grease the grill grates well.
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place the steaks on the hot grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for a medium cooking level. The exact time depends on the thickness of the steaks and the grill temperature.
- After grilling, let the steaks rest for a few minutes. Optionally, you can add garlic butter or herb butter to the steaks before serving them.
