Zutates:

  1. 2 Ribeye-Steaks (ca. 350 g pro Steak)
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. 2 EL Olivenöl
  4. Optional: garlic butter or herb butter to serve

Instructions:

  1. Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to reach room temperature. This helps to cook more evenly.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat and grease the grill grates well.
  3. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place the steaks on the hot grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for a medium cooking level. The exact time depends on the thickness of the steaks and the grill temperature.
  5. After grilling, let the steaks rest for a few minutes. Optionally, you can add garlic butter or herb butter to the steaks before serving them.
