GORILLER® warranty agreement

The guarantee is provided by Living Handel GmbH for the GORILLER brand and is valid exclusively for the original purchaser, provided the purchase is made through an authorized dealer. The guarantee covers the absence of defects in the products under the following conditions and restrictions:

1. Non-transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended by a representative of Living Handel GmbH.
2. Installation: Installation must be carried out in accordance with the enclosed instructions and applicable regional and national building and fire codes.
3. Excluded Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, grease fires, environmental influences, accidents, modifications, abuse or neglect.
4. Spare parts from other manufacturers: If a spare part from another manufacturer is used, the warranty will be void.
5. Damage not covered: Damage such as scratches, dents, paint damage, discoloration due to heat, corrosion or damage caused by abrasive or chemical cleaning agents as well as chipping of porcelain-coated parts are not covered by the warranty.
6. Spare parts: If a part becomes unusable within the warranty period (e.g. due to rusting or burning through), a replacement part will be provided.
7. Duration of the guarantee: Three years after the date of purchase, Living Handel GmbH may, at its sole discretion, terminate the guarantee obligations and refund the original purchaser the wholesale price of the defective part.
8. Costs: Living Handel GmbH will not cover any costs for installation, labor or other expenses associated with the installation of a warranty replacement part. These costs are excluded from the warranty.
9. No Liability for Indirect Damages: This warranty does not cover incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
10. Disclaimer: Living Handel GmbH accepts no liability for overheating, damage caused by environmental influences (such as strong wind) or inadequate ventilation, or for weather damage (e.g. hail). Damage caused by rough handling, aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents is also not the responsibility of Living Handel GmbH.
11. Proof of warranty claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase receipt or a copy thereof must be presented. Living Handel GmbH reserves the right to inspect the product or part of it before fulfilling the warranty obligation.
12. Transport and export costs: Living Handel GmbH does not bear any transport or labor costs or export duties.
